bags.

one of the typical graduation party games is "bags." a while back, my dad (being the craft carpenter he is) made my family a set but never painted them. my mom suggested i paint them (however i want) and i took that artistic liberty this weekend by painting fun summery stripes (that coordinate for my up-coming grad party). i was unable to snap a picture of the finished product, but you can easily see what it will turn out to be!

i drew straight lines...

to line up the paint tape...

to then paint the different colors (hannie helped me!)...

...ta-da! once the tape was taken off, the white was in between the colors. it looks lovely!
