for cinco de mayo, me and my friends decide to celebrate by going out to a mexican restaurant and i wanted to get dressed up. living in a smallish town there are not many places to wear heels, but i made an exception-it was a holiday after all. my outfit was fun and colorful, perfect for the outing :)
