cake doctor.

i have never been up to par with anyone on my baking skills-whether i over beat the buttercream, forget the eggs in the box mix of brownies, or under bake cupcakes, any thing i attempt at seems to fall short. however, my love of pina coladas is so strong that i decided to try and "cake doctor" a box mix and make a pina colada cake (with left over frosting from my graduation pina colada cupcakes i had put in the freezer). much to my surprise is turned out delicious!

i decided a bundt cake would be fun :)
