eatin good

its that time of year again! mom leaves until saturday for her anual business trip. and you know what that means. im semi-in charge. and that deffinately includes making dinner- my favorite!
on the menu tonight: baked three cheese and tomato pasta, olive oil parmesan and rosemary toasted breads, and snap peas. with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce for dessert.
i sorta went off of a recipe for baked ziti from food network, but i hate following recipes so i made it in my own way (aka: no measurements- its all estimation with me).
