painting

yesterday, with nothing to do and no motivation to do much of anything i sat down in my wonderfully redecorated studio and got to painting. there have been 3 canvas boards sitting down there for forever waiting so me to paint the silhouettes on them to decorate the studio even more,  a white plain lampshade that has been waiting for its design, and a promised painting of starry night for my friend emily. i got to work...on all of them. and finished all but the starry night. heres the work/progress!
(bonus on bottom! saw this car driving yesterday and in honor of harry potter part 2 coming out tonight -ahhhh!!!!!!!- i decided it would be very appropriate to post it too :D)
