currently ive been in that "healthy" mood. im making sure i eat healthy and working out regularly too. yesterday i went to work out and then came home to do some more-im crazy sore today! its totally worth it though, ill be gaining lots of muscle and hopefully stamina for the 5k im doing in november! i need to work up to running that much though...so far i can only do a little over a mile without a break. not good. here are some workout gear id love to have!
