today, well technically yesterday (very sorry about the late post, many conflicts occurred yesterday) i made caramel apples for a friends halloween party on sunday. i had never made caramel apples before but decided it was easy enough...right? yeah well after i got the consistency right and the thickness not to thick or thin...it was all good from there! i chose coconut, chocolate and white chocolate chips, slivered almonds and sprinkles to decorate :)
i used the left over caramel to cover vanilla wafers-yum!
*bonus!* people have always said i looked like the girl in the painting my johannes vermeer "the girl with a pearl earring" so in art on thursday me and my art teacher did this! super cool huh?
